How to reset Pandora password without email
Can’t reset your Pandora password because you’ve forgotten or lost access to your email address?
If so, you have three (3) options:
Option #1 Contact Pandora support by filling in a form at help.pandora.com/s/contactsupport
- On the support form, choose “Account and Password” under Topic. Under Subtopic, choose either “Don’t Remember Email” or “Inactive/Changed Email.”
- Next, choose your device and then provide a brief description of your issue. On the next screen, scroll to see if your issue has been addressed in a community post or click “No, Contact Support.”
- You’ll be asked to fill out another form, and this time, you’ll need to provide your contact email address and Pandora account email address (if different from your contact email). You can also attach a file if desired.
- After you’ve finished filling out the form, tap the “Email Us” box.
- On the next screen, you should see your case number (be sure to save this number in LastPass Notes for easy retrieval). You should receive email correspondence from Pandora Support soon.
Option #2 Reach out to Pandora via Facebook or Pandora Support on X.
Option #3 Chat with a Pandora Support team member via live chat.
- To access live chat, head to help.pandora.com/s/contactsupport and tap the live chat icon (smiley face with headphones) at the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Try asking a question about password resets. After you receive an answer from the bot, you’ll be asked, "Did I answer your question?”
- Choose “No, I need more help.”
- The bot will ask, "Would you like to speak with our support team?”
- Choose “Yes” and fill in the form. You’ll have to include an email where you can be contacted, your Pandora account email (if different from your contact email), and your device type.
- Click “Submit.”
- Wait to be connected to a Support agent. And that’s it!
Never get locked out again: Save yourself from Pandora account resets with LastPass
Once you’ve recovered access, there’s a better way to keep that access. It’s called LastPass, and here’s what it does for you:
- Built-in password generator: Never rack your brain to create a “complex” password again. Our password generator does it for you. And once it’s done, you don’t even need to remember or type it. Our secure autofill does it for you.
- AES-256 encryption: This is military-grade protection, the same one used by the NSA, federal agencies, and the military to protect Top Secret data. With LastPass, every login credential and URL associated with those credentials is encrypted. This means attackers will only see gibberish if they even manage to break in.
At LastPass, the security of your data is our highest priority. Whenever there’s a potential breach, our dedicated TIME (Threat Intelligence, Mitigation, and Escalation) team (with nearly 50 years of intelligence experience) immediately investigates and works round the clock to address and contain issues.
This can be seen in the recent September 2025 Atomic infostealer campaign targeting macOS users, where our security researchers Alex Cox, Mike Kosak, and Stephanie Schneider were at the forefront of efforts to warn the public about malware-laced programs masquerading as legitimate tools. This swift response is part of our ongoing commitment to keeping your information safe.
See how our new, purpose-built, highly secure infrastructure compares with 1Password. If you’re doing business today, learn how you can get regular key rotation and vault re-encryption to keep the vaults of your federated users safe. It’s like changing the locks periodically on your front door to ensure only you have access.
- Advanced multi-factor authentication: With LastPass, you get powerful MFA options. Unlock them today with a free trial of LastPass Premium (for individuals) or Business Max (for organizations).
No credit card is required for registration because we want you to see how much easier your life becomes when you stop relying on password resets to regain access. Whether you have a Pandora personal or business account, LastPass never stops working to ensure secure access for all your online accounts.

You can get a Pandora for Business account at pandora.moodmedia.com/get-pandora-for-business or https://cloudcovermusic.com/select-a-plan
At Mood Media, a Pandora Business subscription is currently $23.96/month on a yearly payment plan. Yearly subscriptions also come with a free music player ($99) value. For a monthly plan, it’s $29.95/month and 50% off for a music player.
Meanwhile, a Cloud Cover Pandora for Business account offers three (3) subscription tiers:
- Music – for businesses that want music without ads
- Manage – everything in Music, plus multi-location dashboard, real-time monitoring, and remote control
- Messaging - everything in Manage, plus the ability to integrate messaging between songs
Playing even one unauthorized song can lead to penalties between $750 and $30,000. One New Jersey restaurant incurred a fine of $20,000 for playing songs without a license. Meanwhile, an Ohio venue had to pay $1.5 million in fines because it allowed a cover band to perform unlicensed music.
