LastPass now offers billing integrations with two Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions, ConnectWise Manage and Datto Autotask. PSAs allow Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to automate the project management of their business and reduce manual tasks.
With this new billing integration, your business can save valuable time and reduce the manual effort involved with invoicing clients for LastPass. LastPass will communicate with your PSA the number of LastPass licenses a particular client has in use, so that your business can bill clients automatically for their LastPass seats – no manual effort required. This integration will allow your business to spend more time providing value to clients & growing your business, and less time on admin work.
MSPs can configure this integration directly from the MSP Admin Console. After completing the integration, MSPs can link client accounts in LastPass with their PSA counterparts. At the end of the month, LastPass will share the number of active LastPass licenses in use with the PSA, so the client can be billed accordingly.
This billing integration is the second integration that LastPass offers with ConnectWise and Datto. LastPass also integrates with both PSAs for provisioning to streamline user deployment and adoption. With this integration, MSPs can add all or a selection of their clients to LastPass in minutes – allowing MSPs to simplify LastPass provisioning and minimize the time required to set-up a LastPass account.
