LastPass now offers provisioning integrations with two Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions, ConnectWise Manage and Datto Autotask. With this integration, MSPs can add all or a selection of their clients to LastPass in minutes – allowing MSPs to simplify LastPass provisioning and minimize the time required to set-up a LastPass account.
Many MSPs utilize PSAs to manage their Managed Services clients and business. PSAs aid with billing, tracking, provisioning, and reporting to provide MSPs with one central location to gain visibility into their full business.
MSPs can take advantage of this new integration directly from the MSP Admin Console. From the MSP Admin Console, MSPs can choose to integrate their LastPass accounts with either ConnectWise Manage or Datto Autotask. After completing integration, MSPs can import their clients from the PSAs directly into LastPass and select the exact end-users that they would like to provision. With this process happening in minutes, MSPs can seamlessly set up their end users’ LastPass accounts – delivering password security to their clients faster.
“This integration will allow us to seamlessly roll-out LastPass, while maximizing any potential revenue stream that we have.” - Tony Blevins, Professional Services Manager, MainSpringThis is the first of three integrations launching with ConnectWise Manage and Datto Autotask. As a follow-up, LastPass will also be building integrations with billing & ticketing. The billing integration will allow MSPs to automatically charge their clients for LastPass seats through their PSA. The ticketing integration will allow MSPs to create tickets within the LastPass Admin Console to track their work in their PSA. In addition to these integrations, LastPass MSP provides partners with the ability to offer password management and single sign-on to their clients through one central admin console – allowing techs to easily navigate between clients’ sub-accounts and add or remove seats.
