People all over the world, in the office and at home, rely on LastPass to connect to their work and lives online. Because LastPass is your gateway to your (digital) world, reliability and uptime are critical. That’s why we’ve built LastPass for high availability and scale. Today, as a commitment to that promise, we’re launching a new status page to keep you informed of our service status and historical uptime.

Now live at https://status.lastpass.com, our status page shows the current state of the LastPass service. Powered by Atlassian’s monitoring service statuspage.io, the page also notes any performance issues or service disruptions. Admins and users alike can subscribe to the page for updates via email, phone, or text.

Customers can continue to subscribe to our @LastPassStatus Twitter account, where we also share changes in service status and resolution.

While our infrastructure is rock-solid and we keep downtime to a minimum, sometimes users may experience trouble connecting to one of our many servers. The new status page will help us keep you informed of the current status of LastPass so you know if an issue is local to your connection or impacting the LastPass service.

For real-time updates, be sure to subscribe to our status page and follow @LastPassStatus on Twitter.

Nice try but it completely failed on 2/21/2018. Pathetic and embarrassing. I hope you are actually performing better to protect passwords.

Hi. Thanks for the feedback. We know there was a small delay in updating the page, and we understand your frustration. However, if you check back you’ll see there’s a record of the incident and we have a process in place to ensure updates are as quick as possible. I encourage you to subscribe for updates. Let me know if I can help further.

      Thanks.

The status page is useless. It says “All Systems Operational Refreshed less than 1 minute ago” when I can’t log in to LastPass, haven’t been able to do so for at least 15 minutes, and your Twitter account acknowledges “intermittent” problems. Yet, the status page is all nice and green as if nothing’s going on. How is that at all helpful?

Uh, no. People all over the world can’t log in, including me. So now we can’t trust your status page at all. Fake news!

Thanks for the feedback. We recognize there was a small delay in updating the page but if you check back you’ll see there’s a record of the incident. We have a process in place to ensure updates are as quick as possible and hope you’ve subscribed to see the automatic alerts, too. Let us know if we can be of further help.

Except LastPass is down right now and the status page says everything is golden. I have seen this in the past where it takes forever to login, and for it to ask for my Yubikey. Then it sits there for a while and gives me the Red Logo saying its logged in. Ah but there’s no sites! Chrome, Frirefox on windows and Android.

Day after the announcement and it isn’t working! 2/21/2018 0945 Mountain Time
