TIME has just published it’s annual list of the top 50 sites and services, and we’re honored that LastPass made the cut – first, no less! (Okay so it’s not ordered, but we’ll take it.)

But on a serious note, we’re thrilled to be recognized as the leading password manager, and we continue to strive to provide a top-notch service that helps make online life a whole lot more manageable. And as always, we’re thankful for our awesome users for their ongoing use and promotion of LastPass.

Geez you make it difficult to get help here. Have tried multiple times to register (and unltimately post in forum for help). My primary email ( is refused because you think it is spam. My work email ( is refused because you think it is spam. Just what are accectable emails?

Don’t believe it is the password as it contains numbers, lowercase letters, uppercase letters and is 15 characters in length. Also, did not get error on password, only email.

We’re sorry to hear of the trouble registering to the forums, we subscribe to a service that helps us prevent spam by looking for usernames, email addresses, and IP addresses that have previously been reported for spam. If you are seeing ongoing problems please reach out to our support team: so we can take a closer look with you.

I’ve noticed that some services (like Amber referred to) do not like email addresses that contain a period in the username. This is no help in your current situation, but just an observation for future reference/other sites.
